Advantages of PCR
Compared to PIR
The remaining materials from compounding or molding created during the production process are reused for cost-saving purposes.
It is relatively easy to recycle in the process because it is possible to control the type, consistency, and contamination control of materials.
Plastic materials made by recycling plastic discarded by end consumers after use.

purpose
By reusing plastic that has reached the end of its life cycle from raw materials to products, it creates a circular loop for products.
Because waste is collected for the purpose of recycling, products can be manufactured with relatively low energy consumption.
Various physical issues such as irregularities in color and grade, as well as contamination, arise during processes like disposal and collection. Removing impurities and increasing purity can be challenging. However, through our dedicated in-house recycling process, we can achieve the level of property control that meets customer requirements.
Certifications
Through the internalization of recycling material capabilities and vertical integration of processes within the group, it is possible to manufacture functional materials based on eco-friendly recycled materials. The focus is on securing manufacturing capabilities that can meet the quality and quantity demands of the rapidly growing market demand for recycled materials in the future.
- GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
- GRS is a certification standard designed to prove the use of recycled materials in textile raw materials and clothing production. It applies to products containing over 20% recycled materials, and it ensures the continuity of management through process audits at all stages, from raw material collection to processing, finished product manufacturing, and sales.
